Skeeter and Leila were not vicious. Skatter is. Aster was too, only not as vicious as Skatter.

Oh, I believe you, Juise. My Exhub and I did the veg thing for a while. I did the soy cheese, milk, veggie everything. We got not fertile eggs... I just had to have a steak! Its not for everyone. I do enjoy meatless meal a few times a week though.

At the very least, wipe the poop off your feet before getting in the car.

My broodies make weird sounds, but really don't bite me.  As for how common are broodies, well, in the spring, very common!  Depends on breed.  I have 4 orps  and one silkie that's broody.

Yay Jen! Hope you get some chickies.

Home of the world's cutest dachshund, one crazy blue heeler, two cats,
one fat pony, and many (but not too many!) chickens

Can anyone tell me, how many are too many chickens?

Oh gods yes, and I have another handful of comments again to reply to if I can ever muster the energy. Yes, all that information is available. I have removed a few comments that were much, much ruder, but oh my, people are mean. Oh, the internets. I try not to take it to heart, but my strange position seems to make me the target of vegans and omnivores alike.

I could not honestly suggest reading the comments unless you are really bored.

RIR:

Sorry about the bad day at work. I meant to post that sooner.

Juise! Those are horrible comments but its no different than anything people post on the Internet.
