I have a couple more shots of it.. I tried to bring the background legs back and get some muscle structure in, but the until thing came out pretty clumsy, lol. Oh well. Two problems that didn't help were that I only had one tip for my woodburner, a large, flat one that made doing any curves, let alone trying to near an eye, almost impossible for me, and also the piece of wood I was using just wasn't really big enough, so that I had to bring the hind legs up a lot further to cram them in. hmm.png

Maybe someone else has a different experience, but I just wouldn't want to try it. My own personal opinion. I could be wrong.

The concret is sloped enough that no water sits on it so it should be okay in that department. Good thinking though!! No, I do not want huge holes everywhere!!! We plan to move the fencing around the coop/run so they will not over pick the area too badly.

I LOVE both of those colors, but we get a lot of kids walking throught the woods and I don't want to draw them into it anymore than the will be already. They don't get real close to the yard and I don't want them to either! That is why I went for the brown.

So true.My Mom broke her back on my Grandpops horse after being thrown.  My Mom's in her 70's now and still has issues with that event that happened before I was born.  Horses are, well, horses....

Awww, I am jealous! I didn't get that one, but I did get to beta test Starcraft. I am really enjoying D3, I think in part it is better if you played the Diablos, but it is pretty cool.

My son is on his way to the Dr with mom this AM, I am thinking sinus infection, the little man had a headache, puffy eyes, a little dizziness and a runny nose all with the 103 fever.

We kept him loaded with motrin and let him eat whatever he wanted yesterday, which consisted of his normal anything with peanut butter.

First cup of coffee down for me now, I get to go see the physical therapist and let her stab me with needles in my hamstring in some sort of chinese torture.  Seems to help, but man does it hurt for the the next 24 hours.

HH: Love the NH pick, I need to buy some chicks from you in about a year.....

Juise: your horse is amazing, I wish my projects turned out that nice.  Also, I am in for paintball!!!

As far as horses go, love them even though I was sent on a serious ride by mine in HS. Took a short ride in the field on my little paint mare bareback, and something spooked her, not sure if she hit a gopher hole or what but she took off and started bucking (first and only time). I ended up sliding right back to her hind quarters as she bucked and was launched straight up.  All I can remember while flying through the air is looking down and being greatful she was running so I wouldn't land near her and get kicked.  Hit the ground pretty hard, rolled my ankle because I wasn't wearing my boots. Lesson Learned for me, flip flops and bareback riding are not good options (I lived in CA and had just got out of the pool to go take care of the animals) big_smile.png cool.png
