No clue on the illness...

I have a few customers who dig in the pots as well. Most have said they like to keep whatever they plant in those pots confined to those pots, but do not like the pots sticking up to much since it detracts from the over all effect they are trying to produce. What ever. I used to have pots mixed in with my landscaping at the first home I owned. Now I'd be afraid to plant anything the kids could destroy. They are destruct-o-butt-heads.

At the very least, wipe the poop off your feet before getting in the car.

Juise - I don't know about the science, but I've grown sunflowers with other plants -- melvia, hollyhock, fennel -- without an issue.

I have the escape artists from hell...

I just had to chase around the ducks. Them rotten buggers managed to get under the fence by the tree and try and make a run for it. I love my chickens. They alerted me to the malcontents.

We planted our garden yesterday which includes: tomatoes, green beans, carrots, onions, red beets, squash, zucchini, green peppers, and pumpkins. We had one raised garden bed last year, but this year we have two.
