MY CHICKS HAVE SHIPPED, MY CHICKS HAVE SHIPPED!!!  Got the email from Meyer Hatchery, looks like no substitutions were necessary, they should be here Wednesday. About the only time I wish I lived closer to Detroit to keep them from having to spend 2 nights in transit But the last bunch arrived okay so hopefully this one will, too. ya.gif

2 dogs, lots of guineas and too many chickens. No uggos!

FREE CHICKS in SE Michigan.  A teacher I work with has eggs hatching this week: one dozen each of Leghorns, Isa Browns, and Araucana (easter eggers) that she needs to find homes for.  Please email me   keliejc@comcast.net  The school is in Detroit, but I live in Oakland county and can meet someone if not too far.

Oh no.  I was notorious for leaving my lights on.  My brother got me a set of jumper cables so I wouldn't have to call him anymore not realizing that most people treat folks that need a jump like they're serial killers or something.

In retrospect maybe the hockey mask was a bad idea.  But still!

It was cloudy and the high temperature was 68.

Great job.  It's looking really nice.

You know who we haven't seen in FOR EV ER!? AngelaB. I wonder how she is doing. Does anybody know?

I looked my keys in the car with a kid in an infant carrier, car running. Dang jeep thing and its autolock crap. I ended up busting out the little window in the back. My kid was covered with a blanket, it was winter time. Well anyway... I was not going to wait till a wrecker showed up to jimmy it open.

At the very least, wipe the poop off your feet before getting in the car.
