Hmm that would be fun. I won't have money til next month I don't think. I didn't realize you weren't that far from us!

Nothing very new going on here.  I haven't lost any birds to the heat and really other than making sure they had cool water a couple times a day I've done nothing except let them be.  They have a large area to find shaded places though.

My kitten is growing by leaps and bounds.  She is 17 days old now and her eyes finally opened on day 15.  That seemed like forever!  She so huge compared to her little one day old self.

UGH.

This guy has called us 5 times in 2 days wanting to buy this last coop. We had it all planned for him to come yesterday then he called really early this morning to say he changed his mind because he found a cheaper one. Sure, cheap alright we know the one he's talking about. Then this morning, not long after that guy canceled someone else called from Brighton saying he was gonna be here at 2 but then changed his mind because he didn't think it would fit on his trailer, even though we told him it would if he laid it down.

Aric has decided he needs to find a trailer and just build them on the trailer and offer to deliver. Good idea if we could get a trailer.

Update on the hostage situation up the road. One woman has been released but several people are still in the home. We've seen several official vehicles go flying up the road. We can see lights from here. I just hope it all stays down there!

Oh you'll be far from it there. We're about 2 miles from the high school on the same road.

A helicopter just went over our house verrrryy slow. We also heard multiple gunshots. Not exactly sure if it came from there but we never hear practice shots during the day so it probably was from there. I lost count of how many cop cars and swat trucks have gone speeding by.
