Treating Bumblefoot: How to?

I brought home a beautiful sebbie and his brother but one has bumbles, how would I treat it with penicillin internally and with what externally? Iodine complex or a salt water soak? I have blu kote?

This is a good approach how bad is the bumble can you post pics/ of course we also want to see your beautiful new Sebbies too.
