I cannot believe how dark those eggs are! That one on the bottom left looks more like a Marans egg.....crazy! Hey Cynthia, I can see the math in your head already figuring out how to make room for one or two of those girls.....we are like junkies, no? The beautiful eggs make me crazy! You too Cindy, you are an egg junkie and ya know it smile.png

Ooooh, Cynthia, those are beautiful!!!  I have one darkish egg (but not that dark) in my incubator that is possibly a welsummer mix.  I forgot to take pictures of my eggs this morning while I was at the school. Maybe I'll do that this afternoon.

my egg basket i got from tai pan trading and its made out of chicken wire and its red and it only cost me a few dollars

brad and the flock of black sex-links, easter eggers, white leghorns, welsummer,  buff orpington, silver pencil rock and a bunch of rescue parrots

 Lisa, Shinx, those are nice baskets.  I'm only needing my hand right now..only getting two eggs..waiting on Maggy, she is the NH..and getting pinker.  Guess who's finally getting pink too?  My black EE I couldn't tell if it was a boy or girl.  It's a girl.  Awww, maybe she will give me a pretty green egg.  I wondered if she would ever turn pink, but it's starting to.  :)

Blu, I use my hand to gather eggs, since lately there's only ever one in the nest box, if any. Sometimes, when there are more than I can carry in my hands, I use my shirt, woo! But it's been a while since I've had to resort to that.

 

Cynthia, those eggs!! ep.gif Beautiful! I am in love with that mottled one in the middle.

Game warden of the crazy preserve. Inmates include: EE's, RIR, BSL, BO, SLW, Welsummer, Exchequer Leghorn, blue/black Wyandottes, BR's, Ameraucana's, and Icelandics <3 Plus an adopted brown turkey who is broody and must be part cobra, part goose :P
