Whew, am I behind!   You guys are busy on here!  Talkin chicks, sellin chicks, tradin chicks, and doin some more talkin chicks!   LOL

Lisa..those baby BLRW are pretty, and if they turn out like their mamas,,,oh man!  Now that's what I'm talking about.  Those mom hens are beautiful!  The one looks a lot like the one I had.  She was so pretty.

  I didn't know Haiti lived here in Spanish Fork!   Haiti..why haven't we met yet?? Why? There is no reason why.  This just shouldn't be.  We are too close to have not met!

I will be seeing Wendy tomorrow..she is picking up my lavender.  I am glad that she is getting her.  Hoping she will keep her and I can see her being nice as she grows up, and then the color of that egg!

  I have three little Exchequers that just hatched.  One is working on getting stronger.  Had to help all of these out.  I really don't think folks should send pullet eggs, when the chick that needs to come out is a LF chick!   One I was trying to help, didn't last through the night.  It just couldn't make that turn in that small egg. 

  My Wellies are due to go into lock down next Tues. Only have 5 left!   I also have more Exchequer that the gal owed me that didn't have enough of went she sent the first ones.  That was sweet of her.  At least these eggs are a bit larger.  Then I have those that I won in the hatch a long. I only have three Icelandics left. The Maran eggs look good, and those big ol EE eggs are coming along nicely..from the hatch a long.   I have more Silkies, and will set some more Showgirls tomorrow morning.  Then I am done for a while.  Did say...I'M DONE FOR A WHILE?!    yeah right funny!  Someone help me stop this madness!!  Kirk wants the Wellies..oh brother, forgot to say..I also set more Welsummer eggs.  Did I mention the ones in the new bator??  They are..some Silkies..so mentioned those..but I got some eggs from someone that has Leghorns and a Lavender Ameraucana together.  They say they get real blue blue eggs from the chicks that hatch from these white eggs, and these eggs are big!   Will be keeping a couple of those to watch for sure.

  My black EE is beautiful!  My Pencil looks dorky right now.  My Speckled Sussex..just beautiful!   My NH is finally coming out of her Dorky stage and starting to look like a hen.  She should start laying next month.

   My little blue Ameraucana is going to be pretty. 

 I have decided that the other coop is going to be for my Silkies mainly.  Hoping that they will accept new babies once in a while to grow up a bit in there.  I am loving those Silkies.  I should put another picture up on my blue splash I have. Just getting prettier all the time.

 Ok, I made up for not having been on here for a while. Time for some pictures. May be a while...I have to get the recordings on that I took of my son's graduation!  Then I'll have room to take pictures of the Exchequers.  Two different breeders..only one made it from one, and two from another, you will see a huge difference in the size..small pullet eggs!

    Later, and I would say stop having so much fun without me, but, yeah, go ahead.  I'll have to get on more the next couple of days since the weather is going to be not so fun out there.

She is a little harder to get a good pic of.  The only one in this pic that has crowed is the little one in the front.

You have to talk to the boss about bring out any chicks. I will probably have to keep her around she is to good looking to send to freezercamp.  As long as there all in that little run there happy. We don't dare put them in with Henree till we figure out what to do with the tail pulling. Thinking of ordering some eggs but don't know if i should use my incubator what do you think?
