Our Publix has the most delectable sandwich bread, called White Mountain Bread. Its like a light Italian bread, and it makes wonderful sandwiches. Not a very yeasty bread. Ive looked everywhere trying to find a copykat recipe for it, and it must be a closely guarded secret. Anyone have any idea what a good substitute recipe would be?
