I have a 2'x2' wire rabbit cage for 4 of them.  I have a wooden rabbit hutch for another 12 and my FIL is making me a permanent run (similar to chicken ark) for another 30.   I don't have any pics though...but people keep their quail in all sorts of things!  Lots of people use rabbit hutches and those wire quail breeding cages.

Here's
the thread on mine.  I scanned the plans, but they don't post well, due to shrinking, I can however email them.

This is a flight pen I completed last weekend. It is 10'X10'X6' high Chain Link.
I lined the inside walls with Game Bird Netting as Coturnix could get through the Chain Link. Of course the top is also covered. lol
I also ran 2' high chicken wire all around the inside at ground level which comes out about 4" into the dirt to prevent anyone from scratching there way underneath the sides.
The Enclosure is 8'wide X40" deep and 4' tall in the front.  The bottom is covered in wood chips. They love to take dust baths in the wood chips rather then the dirt. hmm

I left some small shrubs in the area and added some dead branches for them to get into. This corner is where htey lay most of their eggs.

I have mine in old chicken laying cages (small pens for confined egg layers if you are following me).

http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o277/crathman/100_4519.jpg

I removed every other wall to make the cages about 16" square.  Added pre-made doors and solid bottom rabbit feeders from Bass, and pop bottle waterers from a game bird supply store (online search).  I put 1/2" square wire over the 1/2" x 1" wire the cages had.

The eggs roll out and the wire keeps everything, except for the floor, clean.

(ignore the bird numbers in the pics.  I received about 80 A&M's from the local High School and had to keep them all until I could pick out my breeding stock.  aka: keepers wink )
