When do Buff Orpingtons start laying?

Going on 33 weeks now. She doesn't even have a red face or comb yet. She is definitely a late bloomer. I am wondering if she'll hold off until Spring as the days are getting shorter now. All the other breeds are laying well. I even had one day when they all laid and I got 8 eggs!!!
 
We have 6 Buff Orpingtons and a Buff Rock who was mistaken for an Orp at purchase. I was thinking they were only 20 weeks old but when I went back and looked at my records, I had forgotten to add in the fact that they were 5 weeks old when I got them, so they are actually 25 weeks old! The buff rock (Dwayne) laid her first egg yesterday and another today. I know it's her because she is keeping our turkey company in a separate coop/run from the orps. Half of the other girls have larger red combs/wattles, and they aren't putting up a fight when the rooster mounts them, but ever since I realized they are five weeks older than I was thinking, I'm feeling impatient!

I know it's hard waiting for them to start laying. My Buff "Daisy" just started laying last week at 25 weeks. Hang in there, the first egg is coming.

Thanks, actually while I was visiting with them this morning one of the girls was singing the egg song and running into the coop and staring into a nesting box, then back out to scratch and repeat, I think she's on the verge!
 
Well since I got my first egg (from my Buff Rock) a week ago, my BOs have started one by one. I got one egg a day, then two, then three, and yesterday, FOUR eggs! So I have three Orpingtons laying (they are 26 weeks tomorrow) and three more I'm still waiting on. Hooray! And thankfully we already have multiple people lining up to buy our eggs since we don't eat them ourselves!

(Sighs) Goldie is 2 weeks shy of being 10 months old and still isn't laying. Winter could be a problem now with the short days. Her face and comb are still pink, not red yet. Hoping she will be laying by March. My younger pullets might lay before she does.
