Seeing how much he likes back-side-holes.... I am sure he would get his fare share of them while doing this! tongue

You sure put on a lot of miles for your critters, don't you? Maybe you or ET should become OTR drivers. Then you could pick up your animals while still getting paid.  lau

Dornes, I think, but don't quote me (AAADD, ya know) that BBP was the flock tester? Maybe?

Speaking of BBP, do you still have that pretty, friendly roo that you were looking to rehome?

Hey when you live up here you go 9 miles to get gas !!! Found two more free female goats. DH ET says NO MORE GOATS !!! BUT I showed him a Pony of America (POA) that drives and he didn't say no, he asked if it was a boy or girl.  fl

Hello everyone, I've been very busy this summer. Looks like everyone has been chatting up a storm. Got some great pics on a trophy rock this last week to share. These are from near my cabin in Clam Lake WI.

But that was wierd!

Nothing else much new.

Does anyone know when the swaps are at the Waupaca County Fairgrounds? BL4??? You must know. What are the dates?

I usually look this stuff up on the Waupaca Parks web site and follow the links to the fairground calendar.

Here I go, I have a few replies, but I don't remember to whom..
I will just make the replies, and you stick your name to it if you think it is about you.. OK?

My guineas are all locked up at night.. they are being caught during the daytime when they are free ranging..  I am not happy about it, but I am glad they are not taking all the white ones..

FT. I have hauled goats and smallish sheep in steel wire crates.. Usually they lay down after a few miles..   that is too long of a trip to ride hog-tied in a trunk, IMHO..  espeshially is this kind of heat..

I fixed all the holes around the bottom edge of the lean to..  then as long as I was at it, I decided to clean the pen..  took two full buckets of sh!t to the compost pile..  then I overheated myself and came into the house to cool off..  I will go back and finish it just before dark or tomorrow morning while it is still cool..  I have two more loads to take out of there..  there is a dirt floor in that one , yet..  I think I will be pouring some concrete before too long..

I raked a bucket full of grass and brought it up to the yard.. I had plans of using it for bedding in the lean to.. but the chickens are having a picnic spreading it around.. By tomorrow I will have to rake it up again..

FT.     I saw a nice one horse sleigh and a nice buckwagon on  WausauCL... yesterday or the day before..  I mentioned this in the post that ended up in cyberspace....

No quail eggs yet today..  maybe they are waiting for their dirt pan, eh?
