Ken, your wife must have some nice purpleage going on too.  Glad to hear she's doing well.  hugs.gifWay to pass your class in the middle of hell week!  smile.png

Apyl, you like nail polish too!!!! Awesome!  oooooooo mood polish, I've heard tell but have never owned any!  Are you coming to the bash?  I think I'll be there maybe Friday but definately Sat.  You could show me!!!! droolin.gif  I have an affliction.

ooo raimel with your broken toes... good times... good times

DrH, I'd miss you!  or rather I'd miss out on the chance to miss you seeing as I've never actually MET you.  Hope it works out!

FT looking for an RV?  The hubs is constantly on the look out for a trailer.  I look forward to finding out you eventually purchase FT!

How sad Twizzlebee!  You're doing everything you can!  hugs.gif... Oh Bad doggie! tongue.gif

So excited for your visit Terri!!!!!  Yes, toe awesomeness will be featured.  lol.png    Everybody, Terri's coming over shortly to give our freshly minted chicken tractor/aircraft carrier the once over!  YAY!  We'll find out if it's chicken worthy!

Oh BabyLady, so sorry to hear about your kitty... hugs.gifhugs.gifhugs.gif <----  I just made a hug orgy for you.

Such beautiful little fluffy heads Kristi!!!!!!!!!!!  I love when you post pix!

Jim- You may find it mundane, but hearing about your potatoes planting is inspirational!  I haven't ever done a veggie garden.  But this is the year.  And potatoes is a priority for sure!  Thank you for posting about it! hee!   I request pix of your pups!  You're having technical issues with that?

Holy mackeral Bigzio!  Go back and get more! lol.png  I would have trouble saying "when" at a sale like that big_smile.png  Hence the chest freezer in the garage.

BBP- my heart goes out to you.  we try so hard to do the best for our animals and sometimes the "best" can slip past unnoticed.  Seriously, I have nightmares about it, so my heart is truly with you and hoping for the best.

FT, I broke my lil finger the same way!  We'll have to compare at the Bash!  They just splinted it and let it grow together goofy -it doesn't cause me any trouble.  It looks a tad bit interesting on my fingernail polish blog!  lol.png  Not really noticeable.  I broke it skillfully so as to cause the least amount of $$$ to heal.  It happened at school and apparently I have a high pain threshhold so when my 5th grade teacher saw it in a splint the next day she about sh@t herself.  gig.gif  Poor dear!

Good lord I have go it's almost time for Terri to come and there's still brekky fixings all over the place!  xo

Sold 6 birdies today and got $35 for them.  One of the guys I sold to turned around and sold them again...  Maybe I should have held out for better prices...  $10 each for the hens and $15 for the 4 peeps.

Oh well, live and learn.

Have to go to a wedding in an hour or so.

Blessings,

KEN

*gasp!* Did I just read that DrH may not make the Bash?  *Gasp!* In the immortal words of Vizzini : Inconceivable!

Well, just stopping in to check up on what is going on here or lack thereof!  Went to the dump then, went to Maynards for paver base and some veggie plants.  When to Home Depot to see what they had veggie wiseand got some tomatoes,  and then went back to Maynards because I forgot to get a fan for the living room and to look at the prices on their industrial fans.  I want to put one in the coop. Anyway,  Then I went to K&W Greenery to scout out their apple trees, but I'm not spending $120 for one tree.  But I did get some more veggies.  Then on the way home  I hit a garage sale and found nothing I wanted or needed, then hit the FFA plant sale and got some marigolds to plant with my container tomatoes and some more veggie plants.  Then I went to the local nursery to see what they had and found some more veggie plants and I got a bag of bird seed for the worthless house sparrows.

I came home and tossed the paver base down on my little pathway that I worn down from the house to the coop.

Now I'm munching on some cheese and strawberries.

So far that is about it....I'm sure I'll find more to do.  I have to clean off the three season porch....that might be fun....

He only had the chicks, mostly males and resold them as the day went on.

I think he made $10 total on the resell.

Yes, he is a Snot.

I think I learned my lesson.

I bought the horse today. I knew pretty much nothing about him when I agreed to take him. Turns out he's registered. I think my son is going to really enjoy him. I am not a horse person and have never had an interest in them, so I have a lot to learn.
