Morning all! Nice and sunny here again today...I hope you are right that some rain might be arriving soon Dan! Every time I start to think about expanding my garden I realize that at the size it is now I can water the whole thing with the oscillating sprinkler only moving it once. The weather guy just said that there is a chance of a storm developing late tonight. HMMM--wonder if they are right?
Holy Cow Frenchie! The plot thickens. I also think you should make the shelter your ally right now. If they do take the horse most shelters dont have the space, funds or knowledge to rehabilitate a large animal. If they know you are willing to donate your time and facility they may let you foster it until everything gets straightened out. Unfortunately horses seem to be a dime a dozen right now...kinda like roos
, so the bad off ones suffer for it. Anxiously waiting for the next installment, like everyone else!
I did get to go out on a ride last night. Got Commander to a near full gallop...man he is FAST! I didnt have quite a long enough straight away to let him full out...I could tell he had more. He was starting to get a little silly so I had to slow him down. Dont need to fly off at that speed for sure. Gorgeous night to be out for sure.
Nothing to report on the chicken front yet...I am heading out next. DD20 opened the coops I see, before she went off to work. I have to leave at noon today so I better get in gear here...besides if I sit any longer I will have to sleep! Amazing how reading on the computer makes me tired! Or maybe it is reading all the lists of things that need to get done today that does it?
Hey Jim...did you happen to wear your tutu and sandals while watering with a sprinkling can? That makes a nice picture in my mind to start the day for sure! Dan, still waiting to talk with you...
Have a wonderful day everyone! Terri O
