LOL I was just thinking of something. Missy you and your breeding your mix made me think. I talked to Bruce and told him about the eggs I have coming for me and some for him. He said " hang on Chad, I have to grab the nurse" than I hear..." Excuse me, I need to leave for a lil bit. I have to go look at egg colors and breed chickens, I'll be back in a lil" Than he gets back on with me..."Chad, they won't let me leave"
He is definitely all for the chickens. He is getting better. Hoping to be out of the hospital by the end of the week.

LOL!! No, no breeding going on here, just different sizes (bantams) or age groups that absolutely refused to get along with eachother. I have 2 beautiful free range flocks, that will have NOTHING to do with eachother. I thought back then that 3 or 4 months difference in chick age was no big deal, and boy was I wrong. I don't free range the bantams anymore because of the hawk, so they have their own covered run and what I'll call a jungle gym, for lack of a better word.
I would tell why, but I think I already broke another rule by asking the question in the first place.
