Oh no, hopefully you can find a vet who takes payments. fl.gif Try checking with local rescues (or a local wildlife rehab) and see who they work with, sometimes the vets that work with rescues will take payments. I'll keep you and her in my thoughts hugs.gif

That is what I got today for Mothers Day, love my hubby to bits - he did good!!

Thank you to everyone that answered the feed question, I really appreciate it hugs.gif .  I'll read up a lil more about the FF, it sounds daunting LOL I am sure it is easier than it sounds!

I promise, If I can do it, anyone can. It's more simple than making a cake. Dump stuff in bucket, add water/ACV, stir, leave. Come back later, stir again, leave. Feed next day, add more stuff.

I hope all the mums had a great mothers day, mine was spent doing much needed yard work with hubby and the kiddo and getting my coop into the spot we want it!

Yes Sally,,CPL is having a tough time, i changed the eggs that she owes me to chicks and babymakes6 is taking care of it, even then it could be late summer or fall.

those black bresse shipped out already this morning, and i got a second chance offer on the white bresse, naturally i took it, so if anything hatches i will have both white and black bresse,,,,,,if kept together what color would that put out ?

If you are looking for the plain plastic colored leg bands, Huber's Animal Health Supplies has them.

810 Tulpehocken Road
Myerstown, PA 17067

(717) 866-2246

Some people also use the little elastic hair ties. When I need leg bands I take one of my daughters hair ties. She has a big pack of them with all kinds of different colors.

I have thought about the elastics. You are talking about the tiny rubber bands, right? How long can I keep those on?
