If you are looking for the plain plastic colored leg bands, Huber's Animal Health Supplies has them.

Some people also use the little elastic hair ties. When I need leg bands I take one of my daughters hair ties. She has a big pack of them with all kinds of different colors.
I have thought about the elastics. You are talking about the tiny rubber bands, right? How long can I keep those on?
never used them before,,need to start keeping better track as some birds are starting to age, i should have marked them years ago to make sure i cull the oldest ones first........would also be good to have numbered ones, like the ear tags we had for the pigs, i could easily track that one from birth to market.
