Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

try u tube they have some really good video on vent sexing ducks.. it is easier than it sounds after you know how

Metzer Farms has a video on their site about sexing ducklings and goslings. Vent sexing is only safe in the first few days, I believe, so be careful if you try it.
In general, the females are darker colored, but that relative and not helpful if you only have 1 or 2 and they look similar.

Does anybody know how to tell if I got male or female Campbell ducklings?

Get a pic of their backs all lined up. The girls are usually lighter and the boys darker.
The one on the left in front (darkest) should be my only boy. The on in the middle in the back row looks darker in the pics than in person. I had one like that last year that I was concerned about being a boy and she wasn't. We'll see how well I did this year.

Anybody in PA looking for a roo I have 2 beautiful roos that need new homes their not getting along with my big boy they are easter egger mixes looking to get $5 each just to cover some of the food cost since i have had them. They have some blood on them in the pic from trying to get at my roo through the fence which is why they need to go asap there is just too much testosterone on the property lol! Really are beautiful birds I would keep the tan one if they would have gotten along but no such luck!!
