I am struggling with the same issues, it's hard to know what is best. I keep thinking "a few more days inside won't be so bad and it will be much better outside for them".
Thing is, spring seemed just around the corner last week at this time . . . and the week before.
I'm beginning to think the meteorologists are taunting us, they know the groundhog was right this year.
