I can try to take a picture of my set up tomorrow. Took a lot of trial and error and roosting on the chicken coop to get them to sleep where they ate supposed to. I used big 4x6 pallets standing up the tall way plus some other random gates, etc to make a 3 1/2 sided 'turkey shed'. Still have some finishing to do on the roof but they are finally roosting in there now!
Yes! Would love to see the set up. I have the feeling they like more of an open air roosting spot based on where I'd have to catch them to put them away. It's got to be tough figuring out a open air situation that is also predator proof.

A new rhodebar cockerel to replace my Rosco.
Hubby and I are planning to go to Pittsburgh this weekend so maybe we'll still be able to meet up with @emorems0
to pick the eggs up. We'll see what we can work out
I am picturing emorems0 showing up with a clip board next time... 'check your inventory and uh, please sign here'.

I would call it Cuckoo... and Ha! I hear ya on the 'attacked' thing. Not on this thread though...but some others can be quite harsh. Some examples:
**Do NOT for one minute think that your EE is an Ameraucana Did you buy it at a feed store?? Well, then it is nothing more than a glorified mutt. And do NOT spell Americana with an 'I'.
**You MUST spell Marans with an 's' -even in the singular. EVERY TIME or don't even bother to post.
lol oh yeah, there's a lil bit a crazy going on in the poultry world. Helloooo people, they're chickens, get a grip.
