you can not find the cat.....

people think you're decorating early for Halloween with cobwebs......

all you can find is one shoe of a pair........

you think of moving  and leaving the house fully furnished......

Your chicken coop starts to look more organized than your house... lol

It starts to get a bad odor that you start to smell whenever you walk in...

You're certain there's more sand in the carpet than in the sandbox...

You're not sure if that smell is the trash or the brooder...

when neighborhood kids ask you if your moving when your kids bring them inside

or the neighborhood kids walk in ans simply say what happened

when your mother (and she lives in her own house) asks you to clean off the couch cause her sister is coming over

when you youself gets sick of the mess and just sweep it into a pile and tell the kids to come get their stuff out the pile or its getting thrown away

Mine do that all the time; in their brooder box, outside, in their coops, on a hard surface, on the carpet, etc.... lol  There are like 5 deep holes around my house. One is under our big fir tree, one is under our porch steps, one is in the chicken run, a huge one is in our second chicken run, and one is next to our garage. These are all their fav. spots I guess LOL
