here's why we shouldn't put quail and chickens together...update #3

I've kept my quail in close proximity to my chickens and ducks without any issues. I know there are risks to it but at the same time I don't want to have to worry about changing my shoes and cloths every time I go in the quail run. I will say I've always kept them on the ground and not in elevated cages. I think this makes for birds with better immune systems.
