Female and Male Leghorns?

Thank you for your post. I have been reading about identifying the sex of a leghorn by their ears. Red ears if their a male and white for female.

Nope. All Leghorns have white earlobes, it's part of the breed standard. White lobes means the bird isn't a Leghorn but another white breed, the most common being a white Rock.
