Hmm... I'm starting to wonder if it's not just spyware/adware? Tonight when I get home I'm going to run a tool to check it out. What anti-virus do you use Sunny? There is a good one called AdAware (used to just be adware/spyware remover) - even the free edition is good!

I use AVG.

Very Cute!!!  I'm not really into themed jewelry but I do think those are really cute.

So who else slept through the sonic boom heard from Reno to Winnemucca to Sacramento?  Steve and I had earplugs in due to these terribly noisy chicks so we missed the whole thing.  Genny looked up, when one of her roosters alerted her, to a fireball in the sky!!!

I never even heard it!  I found out when I logged onto Yahoo and there was a news article about it.

I'm not into themed jewelry, either.  Actually, I'm very particular about the style of jewelry, shoes, and handbags I use.  Very unfeminine, I know.  I don't even wear logo t-shirts, unless it's to one of my martial arts or something.

This stress is going to kill me, I swear.  I have to have Russ cull my brabanter tonight.  And it won't stop there, because there are others coughing and sneezing in there.  She isn't doing well at all, but I don't think I can do it myself.  I would if I had to, but I also have to bus kids around and massage a client tonight, and that kind of bad energy before those responsibilities is just going to mess everything up.

Honestly, I don't know what else to do but ride this out and see who survives.  We disinfect our shoes, our hands, the doorknobs.  It still crossed over into this bathroom.  At least the ducks won't get it.

hit.gif I can't believe it's even gotten to the little ones.  Isn't the incubation period too long now? Isn't it supposed to be just 1-3 days?  I should have thought to offer to keep your little ones at my place for awhile but I didn't think of it at the time.  is your middle group of chicks doing ok?

I figured we were fine, too.  And when I took the babies home, I had no idea what I was even dealing with.  Even the advice from the vet said the precautions we were taking should be fine.  I'm completely confused and frustrated by all of this.

The middle chicks are all ok.  I found one bloody poop this morning, so I'm still holding my breath.  But they were exposed to a whole lot more than these babies were.  Maybe the middle chicks were coming down with it, but dosing them with Sulmet caught it in time, and they were older so had a better immunity to it.  This is the 2nd day of Sulmet for the babies, and the brabanter is so sick now that I know it's a lost cause.

Remember when we admitted we had ordered too many chicks, and we said, "Don't worry, the number always goes down?"  I was talking about culling out roosters.

Oh wow Missy, I'm so sorry you are still going through all of this. I'm so shocked.

I'm feeling the same but without the fever. I'm at work though because I know I'm not contagious. My ear filled up with fluid just coming to work. I don't know what else I can do.

I hope you can get some relief soon.  My kids are done with their doses of antibiotics but still have some coughing going on.
