I wish I could help you move Sunny but I work 2-10 and I'm having a super rough week. Family problems.
I never expected you to come all that way but that is sweet of you to explain! I sure hope life settles down for you soon!

Don't stress about not being able to help Sheryl. I totally understand! Take care of Nonni and keep us updated.
Sweet pics Julie!

Hope it was smoothly. So nice of those of you who helped.
I get no internet service at the new place, we have to figure that out still. In one area we can get a very weak signal to send a text but that is all. We need to get a landline or get a repeater just need to do the research and figure out the best plan.
I'll bring you some ice cream te next timne we come by! :)

I have a question, we have BCM chicks and mom won't let us near them. The have their feathers, can I take mom and dad away so we can hold them and get them friendly? I have another hen seeting on eggs in the same coop. So it would be her and the chicks. Not shore what the chicks would do, go to her as a new mom? Would she hurt them?
Hi Lisa!!! Good to hear from you! Can't really help you either on that question. Some hens will mother any chicks and some don't even mother their own very well. It is so individual.

We didn't get as much moved as we hoped to. But that chicken coop was a full-sized job, and couldn't have been done any easier or faster without a crane!
A CRANE!!! That's what we'll do next time! hahaha!
And you were a joy to have Aubrey!!! I've never seen anyone handle a situation like that so calmly!
OK hoping it won't be 3 days before I can get on again!
