Thank you... I figure he is...my hens never seemed...so "akward" compared to the 2 cockrels I have raised now....plus the comb.... wich I don't mind he is a little roo...I'm ordering some splits so maybe it will work out if I have read right on how to breed the lavs.  smile
I see in your signature you have white orps...I've been looking for some hatching eggs...they usually on auction list more in spring/summer? Haven't seen any since I signed up.

next spring my daughter debbie aka "little blue" on here will be breeding an selling bbs english split american eggs an chicks.we will be working on a lavender program were we are putting oug black english roo over out lav hens,an will be doing some pure lavs 2.an the whites are being breed with our buffs we have 3 white hens an 1 roo an 5 buff hens an 1 buff roo.hoping to get some lemon cuckoo fl your best bet on the west coast is jermey he has the best orps on the west coast.

we work with black,blue,buff,lavender,an white orpingtons,,blue slate turkeys, siver pied  an white peacocks an 2 alpine dairy goats we raise them all on horseshoe hill poultry farm in mansfield connecticut.
