I have heard the term shafting....does this blue bird have shafting and if so is that bad?

I need to add more hens to my flock. I have a wheaten roo and a blue wheaten roo, and only 2 hens for them to mate with :/

If anyone has wheaten or blue wheaten hatching eggs forsale please pm me. If I like your lineage then I'll defiantly buy some eggs :)

Shafting is when the shaft of the feather is either lighter or darker than the color of the whole feather.  In my very humble and inexperienced opinion I would not think that blue bird has shafting.  I think it would need to be more of a contrast to be called shafting.
