Made my first strawberry cream cheese cake today for my sons 2nd birthday. It is a box cake but the strawberry filling and cream cheese icing are both homemade. Also made simple homemade hot pockets. big_smile.png

Well, they aren't baked yet.  I just finished a couple of batches of cookie dough.  They are chilling in the fridge until tomorrow night. Then I'll scoop out cookie portions, freeze and store the frozen cookie dough balls until we want a batch of freshly baked homemade cookies.

From my King Arthur Flour Cookie Companion, White Chocolate, Almond and Cherry cookies and Peanut Butter Chocolate Halfmoons.  I love that book...  big_smile.png

Snoozle, Please do not compare those lovely, yummy looking homemade savory pastrys to hot pockets.  I am sure yours are so much better and healthier than a hot pocket....

So, what did you use as the dough for the hot pockets?  What was the filling?  That look delicious.
