Thief! Thief! So, are you letting her set them???

This morning I looked into the bator and saw the cutest little yellow face looking up at me. A month after my first ducklings hatched, I forgot how small they start out! And innocent, before they get involved in the duck master plan to take over the world. Pictures will follow. My incubator windows are small.

Cutting back on my playtime here for personal reasons.

No, she doesn't get to hatch her stolen chicken eggs lol. When it's closer to Spring I'll let her hatch.

lol... the ducks i have were never that small....
i weighed one of them the other day and he was 5 lbs... is that big for a duck?? i'm pretty sure they're roens not mallards... i saw some mallads at the gas station the otehr day.. could have been mixes.. but they were smal compared to my guys...
i want call ducks now.. teeny tiny ducks.. SOO cute... now they are probly the ringleaders of the plot... noone expects it to be the little guy....

you know you guys are CREATING a duck revolt and invasion with all this talk.  It serves you right if you find yourselves tied up in the bottom of the duck pond and your children are being sold as slaves.

Love to be surrounded by my animal friends: horses, Mercedes the Dalmatian, and my flock..... EE Rooster, three EE hens, three Rhode Island Reds, three "teenagers" of various breed, and the ducks: Giblet and Wave . Also two of my own home-hatched babies that make me a grandma!
