They don't really require any different care from other pigeons. For a couple birds, something as simple as a rabbit hutch will work. I use one for a pair of my breeders. If you plan on raising babies and having a small flock, you may want to eventually build a loft, which is basically a chicken coop with an aviary on the front. That part is actually optional, but I've found my birds really enjoy having the aviary because they can more easily sun bathe without being in danger of predators.
For nesting, you can use boxes or bowls. In our individual cages (like the rabbit hutch), put nest bowls in the corners farthest from the door. Places like foyspigeonsupplies.com sell plastic bowls for nesting, but a simple dog bowl or shallow clay/terracotta (sp?) bowl will work. There's also always the option of just closing in the corners with a couple bricks to form a little wall. They'll nest in the corners and the bricks will prevent the eggs from rolling out. Finally, there's nest boxes. They can resemble cubby holes, with the front open, or something more like the bricks in the corner, just as a box made out of wood. For nesting material, just provide them with some straw or pine needles and they will know what to do 
They can eat wild bird seed, scratch feed, chicken pellets, or pigeon feed. Since you live so close, I can give you the contact info for the guy I get my pigeon feed mixes from, if you'd like. Right now all my birds are being fed layer pellets though because it's pretty cheap and TSC is closer than the feed guy
