lol i need to rehome some but instead im gonna incubate some silkie mixes and hope for pullets till i can get some more d'uccle girls (also for my silkied d'uccle project just testing it out right now wont be up and running till next year)

I have always pronounced them as doo-clays as I took 5 years of French in high school (I am Canadian eh) and it was very easy for me to remember how to say it... but as all of you have indicated its a crap shoot as to how to pronounce the name of such a cute little bird but as long as you and the people sharing the conversation know what you mean, it really doesn't matter what they're called.
