I finally got to go these beautiful birds in person today, it is amazing that they have such long tails at only 6 mos. And they are acutally smaller bodied then they look in the pics, amesome bird, I can't wait to hatch some of these and hopefully get started on other color varieties from Toni-Marie in the spring.

So your trip were over the break? Nice! Hope you had fun and enjoyed your time. So did you guys go up north for some eggs and birds or just meet up for egg exchange between one another? Nevertheless, thats really nice if that is the case : )

I never got many pics of them but plan to get more this spring. Mom has been working on crele phoenix bantams for awhile now. Right now she has a silver hen, some creles, and an awesome gold/golden duckwing(I always get them mixed up)

I wish I would have gotten a pic of the other crele before he got sold. He was more gold but had way better barring and saddles that were 11" long as a cockerel, his tail got broken but was still pretty young.
In the line of phoenix we had originally, it was a mixed color flock. We got a few silver mottled birds. The roosters looked just like silvers but had mottling all over, it was pretty neat.

That post about the trip was from Clint coming to my place and getting some of our eggs.Enjoyed it a lot.
We havent made it up state yet. Looking at around March on that, but I cant wait!!! It's killin me.....
 
Hey Tommy, yep I just went over to Aubrey's place the day before Christmas and saw all those birds he has and got a few of his phoenix eggs, they have one more week to go, can't. Aubrey is planning on going to Toni Marie's place sometime when it starts warming up to meek her and her birds and pic up some eggs, and hopefully he'll be able to go by Charles' place to get us some pics.

And Micheal, that Crele roo is really cool, is that the one she will be using for breeding? She said she would get me some pics after Christmas but I forgot to get back with her, I will email her again and see. Thanks
