Rent a banner for your event!

Go to the BYC Store and make your rental payment.

$50 is for the deposit

$15 is for the postage to get it to you.

Be sure to put in the notes when you want the banner.

The rental is first come first served, so if there is a conflict  and no banner is available for you, your payment will be refunded.

The rental is free, you just pay shipping both ways.

Once the banner is returned to the BYC Store, you will be refunded your deposit and the difference between the extra $15 and the actual postage to get the banner to you.

Priority postage with delivery confirmation to the store is the responsibility of the renter.

Feel free to email support at bycstore@gmail.com for any inquiries.

For our first event with the BYC banner, despite it being very cold (the thermometer in my car said 29 degrees) we did it. We had to set up outside. We set up the tables directly across from the entrance/exit of the parking area. Everyone had to pass us. We met a lot of new people and hopefully new members. There were also a lot of BYC members we already knew there and some we met for the first time. A great time was had by all.

Everyone was inside the show barn either warming up or seeing how their birds placed as the judging took most of the day but we always had someone outside at the tables. Vicki (sunshinesilkies) and her DH had a trailer set up next to the tables to keep the chicks warm and us too.

Let's keep up the process of posting pics right after the event and then posting when the banner is available and who will get it next and when!

Here is a picture of the banner and other pictures. We had a good turnout. We are seriously considering hosting another swap in about 3 months.

Added to the list!

We've got a good list going!  I figure at least 5 days for shipping should be plenty of buffer.
