How do you get NPIP certified?

Call your State Dept. of Ag and they'll tell you everything you need to know smile

Wife to a DH, slave to 1 Chihuahua, 1 mini Dashound, 1 Dorky,1 Rott, 3 House cats,3 feral cat , to many chicks and chickens to count, bunny rabbits, 1 Pygmy goat, 11 Nigerians.

you will need to get your birds tested and fill out the paperwork, it will depend on what state you live in on what it will cost and how, what you need to do, some states its easy and some its very time consuming and costly

STANDARD:  Wheaten, Black, Blue Ameraucana, Splash, Partridge Silkies, Ga Noi, Lavender Orpington, SQ Black Minorca, Black Langshan, RC RIR
BANTAM: SQ Black Mottled d'Uccles, SQ Gold Neck, Butterscotch & Mottled Buff Booted, Black, Blue & Mille Fleur Cochin, Serama,

Here in Florida it is free and they are very nice and helpful.

Living and working on a Zoo farm - 300 plus chickens, fancy pigeons, Sebbies geese, turkey, crested ducks, peafowl, ornamental pheasant and ducks, Black swans, Egyptian geese, African Crowned Cranes, Emu, fainting goats, mini zebu, mini horses,mini donkey, alpacas, llamas, horses, 5 Great Pyrenees and a cat.

In CA it is extremely cost prohibitive for small flock owners.  At least THIS small flock owner.
