How is the best way to add new pullets or a young roo to a group? I know they will be picked on.  Any suggestions.

Good advice on the link above.  I wait until my pullets are the same size and then move them at night and put them straight on the roost with the other hens but on the lower rung.  Haven' t had too many problems.  One group was really stubborn about trying to get back to their pullet pen to roost the next night but most go back to the main roost where I put them.
