 I have never culled this color. I got the utiltiy ones I just rehomed as adults. But my books all say 12 weeks is ok.

I have a trio of Sussex a silver roo over a silver hen and a split hen when bred back to a silver male will give you pure silver offspring hens have now just started laying good I just have lost interest in these and im wanting to know if anyone else would have interest in them

There is a thread that discusses show quality speckled sussex.  We have an ongoing discussion including the SOP for SS and critique of birds.. You could search for Show Quality Speckled Sussex or here is a link to the thread.  (Hope this works!)
