I just received my eggs today (Jan. 6th) by mail, let them set on counter for about 7 1/2 hrs to settle the air cells, & set them in the incubator this evening (evening, so counting the next day as day 1). They are Bantam Blue Salmon Faverolles & are from the same breeder as my 6 for 6 hatch on Christmas. It worked out real nice in December; many different breeds of eggs were set, great pictures were posted, questions asked, answers given, worried together, calmed each other & gave general support. Will be posting pictures as I go. If you have started broody setting, incubating, or will be hatching in January, I'd love the company of your posts. We learn so much from each other, while having fun.
