Try some vet R/x put in there drinking water

I do everything on her list except for cull my birds. The only time i will cull them is if they are suffering and if they might hurt the rest of my flock they go far away from them in their owne pen.
What else should i do?

40+ chickens, 3 ducks, 2 guineas, 6 goats, 2 dogs, 3 horses, 500+ cows, and a bunch of crazy barn cats.

i dnt like the culling thing and i agree completly with you. if the bedding is kind of dusty, i would change it out with something less dusty.

I use hay with my babies(no problems).  I have used the powdered antibiotics from the tractor supply(for treating and for prevention)and it was a LIFESAVER!!!(literally)!!!  I have used it automatically ever since with hatchery chicks for the first two weeks.  It's made to use on all farm animals but it gives the breakdown on the package.  Blessings,Keri

There is no reason newly hatched chicks should need antibiotics.  Use of antibiotics when there is no reason to is what leads to resistant strain of bacteria.

I'm a Farmer/Rancher  Wife,Mom & Grandma  No Farms, No food. 
If you want house chickens and ducks in diapers then this is the forum for you.
I've got 50+ years of poultry experience, but this 'poultry' forum isn't for me anymore.
If you're going to complain about farmers, don't do it with a full belly or a mouthful.

I have also used powdered antibiotics but i dont use to regularly just when needed. So i wanted to make sure i actually needed to use antibiotics or not.

I think i might change it.. There is one part in the room where a little tiny bit of water will leak in but not even a cup of water and i change that areas bedding everyday. Could this be a porblem even though i do change it everyday?
But i did just change the whole bedding about 6 days ago. Looks liek i am going to need to change it again though.
So let me get this straight, it is IMPOSSIBLE for chickens to get colds? I always thought they could..?

yep. chickens cant get colds. and the wet beding for any amount of time could always make a chick sick. is the water floor level or is it elevated??
