Back to the grind. I have seeds to get in the ground, clothes to hang (septic line is broken, so I am washing by hand sort of) and lots of other piddly things to do, like stack wood.
Ashia, If you want to wait to learn about Kombucha till the chicks hatch, we can do it when you come out for them ( as I told Deb, I am only 20 minutes from Wasilla)
You are welcome to come out before that as well.
I also teach fermentation pf veges in case anyone is interested.
Real kraut, and other things like salsa 
When produce starts rolling in, is a good time to do it.
The raw kraut stays fresh if kept chilled for well over a year.
And it is nothing like the canned junk.
Mine is made like Bubbies brand.
My chickens go insane if I give them a bit of it!
