I only have the one, and I think he is a mix. And a weird color.

HorseFeatherz, I think your duck was a yoga instructor in a previous life gig

1lpoock, that is one fat & sassy looking duck big_smile Quite the handsome devil.

onthespot, I think that "weird color" is called blue as far as duck and chicken coloring goes.

7 quacking ducks, 5 spazzy quail, 3 lazy cats, 2 grown sons, 1 goofy husband... and no partridge, but I have a pear tree!

Thanks Amy!  It's sweet to hear about true love among ducks!!  The pictures of little Oreo the Romeo and his larger flock mates testify to his enormous courage!

Doog

Gratuitous extra pic of Doog cos she in the good books.  She laid her first egg on Saturday.  Waited til I was out of town and now I'm home again she not laid any more.  I think she's competing for my husband as she laid and laid and laid for the husband and is being extra affectionate to him and seems to have forgotten who I am and won't lay for me!!!  Hussy!!  I'll post pics of the eggs when I get sorted.  We ate them today, they were GREAT!  I can officially buy one of those tshirts now that say MY PET MAKES ME BREAKFAST!
