Yes, of course. He gets a nightly bath as well. None of those things are more than a temporary fix though because of the hole in the roof of his mouth, directly under his nares. When he eats the food gets pushed up into the hole, therefore clogging his nares. It takes me manually removing it. I still had his three siblings when I took Cal to his appointment on Saturday morning. We compared his mouth with theirs and his was the only one with the hole, which made sense considering he was the only one having the presenting problems. I'll keep you updated as he continues to grow up.
