Anyone have pics of Delaware rooster x Barred Rock hen ?

The cross muddles identification at hatch. The headspots are less defined, and it takes some getting used to, once you've seen them at hatch over a couple of generations, then it's easier to tell but it certainly changed the way I was used to seeing it.
 
Do you have any ideas what color they will be when they mature? Even if there is a small spot on their heads will they be barred?
 
I know this is a VERY old thread, but wondered if anyone now has any pictures of the results of a Delaware Rooster over a Barred Rock Hen? Our BO hen just hatched out a bunch of chicks - we were trying for a Delaware x BO cross, but another hen slipped an extra egg in after we set her, and we are pretty sure it was one of our Barred Rocks.

The egg has just hatched today, and the chick has a Black body with white/yellow creamy splotches on top of its head and around its face, and a creamy white/yellow belly. I will try and post a picture of the chick tomorrow.

The color pretty much confirmed our suspicions of it being a Barred Rock egg, but I am wondering if any one has pictures of similar chicks with examples on sex-linking if possible, or even pictures of adult birds from this cross - Delaware Roo over Barred Rock Hen.

Guess you've figured it out since you resurrected this thread last month. I have hatched six such chicks in recent weeks. They are sex linked, yes. Males have a head spot and barring, though the barring varies greatly. The lone pullet is solid black.

My Barred Rock hens are the true heritage types from the Marvin Stukel lines and my Delaware rooster is also from heritage, not hatchery, lines. That may make some difference, however, here are pictures of the chicks, that range from 7 down to 2 1/2 weeks old.
The largest male has superior barring, imo, for a cross.
