My feed store uses Privett and when I bought 25 chicks from my feed store and only 1 was a roo. I wouldn't think they woud substitue extra roos for pullets on purpose. Maybe they had a small order and they threw some "packing peanuts" in there that were roos. I've read lots of posts on here that said there were extras in their orders and they all turned out to be roos. I doubt that the feed stores actuall count the chicks they recieve so there may have been extras that they wern't (or thought was a mistake) aware of.
