Silkie thread! - Page 1582

I figured you might want to keep "her" lol. I always say him, pessimism see...big_smile.png  Nope don't need any splash. I do

have a lovely one I will be parting with when I am POSITIVE she's a she....she is pretty! But I only want to work on

white for now.

Never considered porcelain. Mine looked different than your chick. Two black strips on back from neck to butt.

 I thought yours looked a bit dark to be porcelain but having porcelain chicks doesn't make one an expert in porcelain! Ha!

My one and only, never had before silkie...was told a white or buff..but obviously WAY too early to tell sex; sold as straight run; so my luck, as it turns out,

is not the best, so I'm trying to not get attached..cause it'll prob turn out to be a roo...ugh...

But for now we call "HER" Puffle...

 

so Puffle is about 7 days old...

hahaha...DH about had a fit...cause all we normally get are productive egg layers..of large/above avg large eggs...

 

I came home with 2 bantams, a polish and a silkie..he's like HONEY WTHeck???
