I honestly have no clue if the color is rare or not but i wouldn't mind getting some of my own! big_smile.png

Three of my beautiful babies that are coming home on Sunday. Splash roo and 2 blue pullets from Obsessively Silkie. I got this picture from Geri last night and have been walking on the clouds ever since.

I can hardly believe these beautiful creatures will soon be in our arms.

We are getting 11 total this weekend and they are our first silkies.

Here is our other lovely trio from Linda at Twin Maple. Yeah! Paints!! They are 3 months old.

We are also picking up 2 splash, 2 white and one lone buff (for my youngest son) from CJ tomorrow.

Forgive me for going on and on, but I cannot believe it is finally time!!

It's such a stressful behavior, and I'm not even showing anyone!  I have one EE I'm trying to figure out if she's plucking her own chest or if it's someone else.  She was the one that was the final straw because her butt was bald and got bloody.  In a perfect world, we'd separate everyone out in a penalty box if they are being naughty!  At least get the ones you are showing out, if you can. ...............

Hmm.. so it's not just my BR's that are bullies in the pen.  I would love to show off my Polish, but the poor things are missing a lot of tail feathers.  Sigh.  Yeah, those Pinless Peepers are definitely a life saver around here.  I don't mind them wearing them-- they still get around fine and I think they are kind of cute.  I have Yellow and Pink peepers-- so they are very 'summery'.  ha!

Zack, the lighting on this is too dark at the top-- I can't see her head very well.  I think her crest looks okay.... but it's so tough to see.  Her wings look nice, though.  Maybe you can take her outside and try to get a better picture of her.  But I think from what little I can see-- she's really nice.

Why don't sheep shrink in the rain?

Why is there brail at drive up ATMs??

Why are their floatation devices instead of parachutes in my airplain seat???

If a tree falls in the woods and my husband doesn't hear it, am I still wrong????

I guess I will keep him in there until I get some girls for him. There is a couple pictures and a video below of him. The yellow stuff on his chest and feet is vitamin water. He is 6 months old and his name is Edgar.
