No idea!  It will be interesting to see what others say!  I don't personally think it looks like a typical partridge coloring.  Maybe a mix??  Hey, I could be wrong, I'm not polished up on what all partridge can look like.  Kind of looks like it has baring in the feathers, too??

Very nice babies you have! Can't see combs which sometimes helps at this age but I go so much by time spent watching them as at 3 months my girls seem to get much quieter than the boys.

Your picture is a bit small but I would "guess" blue partridge or grey with autosomal red. Don't ask me what autosomal red is. wink.png  Very pretty bird!

Sounds like you made it through another night of storms okay! So glad you got your temperature woes fix. I've definitely been there!!

Thank you!  Do silkies need to be penned by color for breeding, or can they be mixed?  My daughter has an Isabel, partridge, a grey and another interesting dark brown/black one.  This buff is the only one I can tell is a boy right now.  They are just for fun for my daughter...
