Alright all... I have a silkie chick, it is falling to grow, but it is active, just half the size of its fellows here at a week. It is not any bigger now than when it hatched. It eats, and drinks, has a problem going forward, but it does go forward especially when it wants to get back under its mama. Its head is also shaped a little weird... kinda like... like a baby when it first comes out and the top of its head is squeazed all funny... Like that. Well anyway... Should I give it some vitamins? How much? Should I take a pic? I mean it literally is the same size as when it was hatched 5 days ago...
Quite frankly, I don;t notice growth during the first week. It if is eating and acting normally, then I wouldn't worry. It probably has a vaulted skull.
