Do any of you guys have Sizzles and or Frizzles? How do they get along with the Silkies? I'm thinking of looking into some Frizzle hens, maybe Sizzles, to add to our Silkie flock. Good idea? What I've read about the breeds, they should get along just fine, right? Especially the Sizzles?

I'd love to share some pix to see what people think of my chicks but have no Idea how to earn permission to post. Any input would be helpful...otherwise I guess I'll just keep adding to my albums. Thanks, Peepblessed!  Yes, when I was trying to pull "her" crest feathers away to get a picture of her comb, I could barely see her eyes!  I'll have to look at the feathers under her eyes to see if they need a tiny trim.   Yipes.  Trimming those would scare me....   roll.png

Thanks Hawkeye, and thanks for those pictures of your ~3 month olds' combs the other day!   Really nice to have to compare to.   Hoping "she" is indeed a "she"!   cool.png

If my fellow Silkie owners could help me, it would be much appreciated!  Does this look like a Cockerel or Pullet.? I was thinking cockerel, but I am still new to raising my Silkies.  Let me know what you think! Thanks!
