How much should I sell my goose eggs for eating?

I have a few peoople who have contacted me and are wanting to buy some of my goose eggs.  They want the goose eggs to eat them.  The only problem is that I do not know how much to sell the goose eggs for.  Does anyone sell goose eggs for consumption?  If so, how much do you sell your eggs for?  By the dozen? or Single egg sale price?

You all are making me feel foolish tongue

Last year I sold my goose eggs for $2.00 each for eating.  They are white Chinese - fertile - last year they went broody and hatched 4.  Maybe I should sell them here instead? hu   Maybe you should also Kuntrygirl.

I was thinking $1.00 each and thought that was too high but now im re-thinking that.  Those eggs are HUGE and EVERYONE wants them.  I have had so many people stop by who wanted goose eggs.  What a nice problem to have huh?

yuckyuck

i don't blame you. i don't do geese eggs either.  im scared for some reason.  i only do chicken eggs.  and if i'm out of chicken eggs and have duck eggs, i MAY do a duck egg or 2 but not too many duck eggs either.  i just can't bring myself to eat a goose egg.
