There's one in England, but not here. My cuckoo Orloff rooster is going to be pictured in the English Orloff club photos.

You're a dear...I didn't think ANYTHING of it. I'm in such wonderful company here amongst all of you.

I absolutely meant no offense to Rare Feathers Farm when I chimed in...she has really nice stock. A database would be nice for folks to see if there's anyone local to their part of the US with what they're looking for. I know that I, myself, always look to see where someone is located when I'm considering hatching eggs. It can make a big difference in the success or failure of a hatch.

Yeah and also for those few of us like me that don't ship. I only sell local and although I raise several hundred a year, most of mine wind up on the table. If someone was looking for some in my area though, I sure wouldn't be against selling a few.

yeah, i tried contacting the ROC of A about a month ago, email got rejected...undeliverable.
Haiku started a club. Its called the Russian Orloff Preservation Society, but theres not alot on it except for breed history at the moment.
With the new interest, maybe it will actually become a good place to gather and store information.

We also breed bantam orloff's. We breed to ABA standard and our birds have taken BB and RB at the 2010 Ohio National. I posted some pics of chicks just a couple posts before your request. Lots more pictures on our website too.

We do also have a wait but if you are interested just PM or email us.

That's such a shame to hear, we have several roosters here and not a bit of problem with any of them. They even let my 3YO DS carry them around. I've actually found this breed to be quite personable. BTW, congrats on the wins!

My little roo is a sweetheart, too. Never shown me any aggression at all. When I put my hand in the pen with a treat, he's the first to come up and take the treat to "beak feed" it to his ladies himself.

Even when I catch my girls, he doesn't really get upset...I guess he knows I'm not going to hurt him.
